Getting Started with Booking and Live Control
It takes about half an hour to get familiar with the telescope control applet.
You can learn during your actual nighttime observing session, or
you can schedule a practice session during daylight hours at the site.
With a practice session you still operate a telescope, however the observatory
roof is closed and the hourly cost daytime for the telescope connection is about 1 credit.
This allows you to get familiar with the control applet in advance of
your actual observing session.

through a live telescope control session.
